Hachette Boardgames is a branch of Hachette Livre devoted to board game publishing. It comprises game publishers Gigamic, Studio H, Funnyfox, Le Scorpion Masqué, Sorry We Are French, Catch Up Games and Hiboutatillus, which publishes Blanc Manger Coco. It also includes distributors Gigamic and Blackrock Games in France, Randolph in Canada, Hachette Boardgames USA, Hachette Boardgames UK and Hachette Boardgames Benelux.

    With over 40 published games, Scorpion Masqué now enjoys global recognition and is present in more than 40 countries. It has sold over 2 million games since it was founded. 
    In 2021, Scorpion Masqué joined the Hachette group and is now integrated with its North American distributor, Randolph. 

  • Hiboutatillus

    Hiboutatillus gained recognition in 2014 with the launch of Blanc-manger Coco. Ever since, the studio has created and developed funny games that are accessible for both children and adults.
    Their games are manufactured in Europe using only FSC cardboard.

  • La Boîte de Jeu

    La Boîte de Jeu creates, develops and sells games in French-speaking countries and throughout the world. 
    It focuses on three types of games: 
    - Games that target the shop market: innovative tactical and strategy games for families and seasoned players. 
    - Games that target crowdfunding: games for expert players that offer constantly changing challenges and mechanics.
    - Localized games: select games by foreign publishers, translated and sold on the French-speaking market.
