Anne Drouinaud has been appointed secretary general of the Polaris transformation plan at Hachette Livre

Hachette Livre is pleased to announce the appointment of Anne Drouinaud to the position of secretary general of the Polaris transformation plan. Working under Philippe Lamotte, Senior Vice President in charge of Operations and Transformation, she will supervise the financial, legal, contractual and internal control aspects of Hachette Livre’s ambitious Polaris plan.

The Polaris transformation plan aims to equip Hachette Livre with the best/state-of-the art tools to anticipate the future strategic needs of the business, and revolves around three areas: distribution and logistics, sales tools, and data use/management. With Polaris, Hachette Livre aims to strengthen its position as a market leader in France and prepare for the future with tools that are perfectly suited to the challenges of the coming decades. The transformation will enable Hachette Livre to continue to provide best-in-class services for its clients, authors, publishers, readers and partners.   

Biography: After graduating from the Bordeaux École de Management (KEDGE), Anne Drouinaud began her career at PwC, in the Technology, Information, Communications and Entertainment external audit department. Eight years later in 2016, she joined the Lagardère group as Internal Audit Deputy Director and was promoted to the position of Head of Group Internal Audit of the Lagardère group in 2017.
